Liza Beruashvili

Liza is the Communications Manager at Lexminster, where she oversees the firm’s communications strategy and strategic development initiatives. She manages internal coordination, client engagement and external partnerships, ensuring effective collaboration and consistent representation of the firm.

With a background in international development and project implementation, Liza brings experience in stakeholder coordination, strategic planning and institutional communications.

Prior to joining Lexminster, Liza worked as a Program Associate at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), supporting initiatives to promote fair labour practices and strengthen business associations. She has also contributed to projects funded by BMZ, USAID, NATO and the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, focusing on social inclusion, public health, and democratic governance. Hence, Liza brings a global perspective to her work in legal communications and client relations. 

Liza holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Free University of Tbilisi and is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), credential awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
