Ruslan Kholmatov a Senior Associate at Lexminster and also a lecturer at the Department of Private Law at the Tashkent State University of Law.

Prior to joining lexminster, Ruslan worked for 1 year as a corporate lawyer at Umar Solutions, INC., in Florida, the USA. Before having worked at Umar Solutions, INC., Ruslan served as a senior lawyer at the Department of Justice in Kashkadarya region, Uzbekistan from 2021 to 2023. His main tasks were to support state organizations in the district by the legal side, to expertise contracts, orders and all other legal documents of the state organizations. There he achieved his 3rd level lawyer’s degree of the Republic of Uzbekistan in April 2022.
