Junior Lawyer

The Junior Lawyer will support commercial, real estate, and banking matters for both local and international clients. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in a cross-border legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and transactional documents
• Support real estate, construction, and development-related legal matters
• Contribute to banking and finance advisory work, including regulatory research and documentation
• Conduct legal research and prepare memos and risk assessments
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and financial professionals across multiple jurisdictions
• Engage with clients, regulators, and counterparties in support of day-to-day legal work

Qualifications/Experience:

• Law degree from a recognized Uzbek university
• 1-2 years of professional experience in commercial law, real estate, or banking and finance
• Demonstrated experience practicing in the Uzbek legal market, with a clear understanding of local regulatory and business environments
• Fluency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (written and spoken)
• Solid legal research, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-border legal team
• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and client-focused mindset
• Experience at a Big Four firm, international law firm, or participation in international moot court competitions will be considered a plus
