Dilnora Mirabdullaeva is an Associate in Lexminster’s Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets practices. Prior to joining Lexminster, she gained experience as an associate at an international law firm, advising on company incorporations, corporate reorganisations, employment law matters, and project finance transactions in Uzbekistan.

Dilnora contributed to the drafting of Presidential Resolutions relating to strategic investment projects in Uzbekistan and is a qualified professional mediator certified by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
