Work Experience

Manzura Rakhimova is a Senior Associate in Lexminster’s Corporate/M&A and Banking & Finance practices. She has a background in both international law firm work and public-sector project, with expertise in corporate, employment, banking & Finance and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Lexminster, she worked for over six years at Dentons (Tashkent office), advising international and local clients on a wide range of corporate, banking, labour, and compliance matters in line with Uzbek and international standards. She also served as a leading legal specialist in the IT Park Uzbekistan project, where she worked closely with state agencies, leading legal research and comparative analysis of Uzbek legislation, common law systems, and international best practices, which formed the basis for the Law “On the International Digital Technology Center.”
