Work Experience

Shahzoda Khusenova is an Associate in Lexminster’s Banking & Finance and Capital Markets practices. Prior to joining Lexminster, she gained experience at a Tier 1, Legal 500-ranked international law firm in Uzbekistan, advising on landmark capital markets and banking transactions, including sovereign and corporate Eurobond issuances, syndicated bank financings, and one of Uzbekistan’s first international public equity offerings.

Shahzoda’s earlier experience includes commercial arbitration, where she supported the conduct of proceedings from claim submission to final award, including liaison between parties and arbitral tribunals.
