Tim has worked for leading international law firms in New York, London, and Moscow. Tim Theroux has more than 20 years’ experience advising investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs around the world. Tim has extensive experience advising on the full spectrum of corporate matters, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure and project finance. He also advises on arbitration and other disputes, both locally and internationally.
